
As a husband/daddy and wife/mommy raising a toddler full of energy and who doesn’t have a helper or a yaya, things between our household, family and career lives can be pretty hectic, to say the least. It’s so easy to get lost in the beautiful chaos of our daily lives and it’s a challenge for our family to maintain a healthy lifestyle and stick to a wellness routine. Unhealthy habits like overuse of gadgets, poor diet and lack of quality sleep make us easily susceptible to sickness.
In an effort to reboot our lifestyle and to #BeHealthyInsideAndOut, Brian and I decided to tweak some habits, inject rest and relaxation and make healthier choices daily in what we eat and feed our #LittleAdamBryce, ingest and use in our bodies.
